Tracii Guns (born Tracy Ulrich on January 20, 1966) is an American hard rock guitarist who has played with a number of well-known rock and metal bands and solo artists over the years. Among these are Guns N' Roses, Brides of Destruction, L.A. Guns, Killing Machine.
In the mid-1980s, Axl Rose started Guns N' Roses with Tracii. Rose then recruited Izzy Stradlin, a friend and Hollywood Rose's rhythm guitarist, to join the band, and Guns recruited former L.A. Guns members Ole Beich and Rob Gardner for bass guitar and drums respectively. When Guns left the band, Axl stayed and formed Guns n Roses while Guns re-formed L.A. Guns. Source: Wikipedia
