==History==
Started when Seattle multi-instrumentalist James van Leuven, after supporting various bands and projects as a drummer, most notably Automaton (Pacifico Recordings, US) and The Subdebs (K Records, US), began writing solo songs. This experiment resulted in his music style shifting from punk rock into electronic and hip-hop. The first EP, "Like a Ship Sailing" (Luckyhorse Industries, U.S. 2001), introduced the Plan B sound to the world. In concert, van Leuven's solo performances were often punctuated by him joining the crowd to breakdance to his own output. Source: Wikipedia
