It entirely depends on the format you used to make and save them originally, before you uploaded them here. YouTube specifies exactly which formats are supported there. Best thing is to go to YouTube and read their instructions. If your videos are in a supported format, you can then upload them there following their instructions. I do know that Windows Movie Maker is one of the formats that IS supported and accepted on YouTube

I'm not sure why only MIDI files are allowed, to be honest; well, I think there might be a license issue ... maybe that's it. But it is possible to turn mp3 into MIDI files; but, I'm not at all sure how that would work and I have heard recordings that sound, to me, to be more mp3 style than MIDI. That only leaves the question of how there are people singing using their own files (?)
