Who are the top WOMEN IN MUSIC!?

This week I wrote about Billboard´s luncheon for Women in Music, and the awards won by two of the year´s hottest artists, Beyonce and Lady Gaga.

But what women in music do you think should be honored this year?

I would have to say that I think the award should go to Leona Lewis. In my opinion the song Bleeding Love is a big hit.

Leona Lewis does have an amazing voice... her karaokes are very popular here on Red Karaoke as well...

yeah, Leona Lewis was a great singer. But for me I think the award should goes

to Beyonce. The songs of Beyonce i think was more popular than Leona Lewis.

Plus the fact that Beyonce was a good dancer too a total perfomer. Listen and

One Night Only was very popular because of her movie One Night Only.

My five picks for woman of the year are Britney Spears (I'm sorry, but a certain release of hers made my list instantly,) Beyonce, Shakira, Fergie, and Faith Hill.

But not in that order.

I didn't pick lady GaGa because I simply haven't heard any of her music. Same with Leona Lewis. Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus, on the other hand, their careers, (if you want to call it that,) deserve to be put on the chopping block.

id have to say Mariah Carey. to me all of her songs are hits!! from that id go with Faith Hill, Leona Lewis, Martina McBride and then Colbie Colliat - her voice is a breath of fresh air :-).

Well I think Jennefer Knettles definitlely tops the chart for one of the number one best female artists; that band Sugarland is just amazing, kind of like when Garth Brooks started. Lets hope that they keep producing number one hits and concerts like he did. You know??... there are so many female artists that are really good these days and its very hard to decide, but second I would say Beyonce for sure because she just has such a strong voice and sings with meaning and passion that not many do, but thats just my opinion. I think Mariah Carey has always been my idol because I don't know ANYONE else who can sing in 8 (YES EIGHT) octaves.... Further, I think Carrie Underwood, Pink, Amy Lee from Evanescence, and of course Beyonce.... PLZ NO TAYLOR SWIFT LOL Oh yeah and Rihanna..... And Miley Cyrus Has 100x the talent Taylor Swift has... other than the writing her own songs....Sorry. And Kelly Clarkson is awesome too!!!
