Only my voice can be heard

You are on: Red Karaoke > Help > Only my voice can be heard

Speaker icon with the right hand button of the mouse, and click on Adjust Properties.

In the new window go to the audio file

In Audio Playback, click on Volume.

In this new window, check whether the box below the midi lever is selected, and if so, deactivate it and you will be able to hear the songs without any problems.
