The volume of my microphone
is very low

You are on: Red Karaoke > Help > The volume of my microphone is very low

Double-click on the VOLUME icon in the lower right portion of the desktop, next to the clock.

Go to OPTIONS and select PROPERTIES.

In the window that opens, select PLAYBACK and click on OK.

In the window that opens, select ADVANCED below the MICROPHONE.

In the new window that opens, make sure the option indicated has been selected (it may be called Mike Boost, Increase Microphone, or may have other names).

Once this is done, it is possible that the music is still louder than the microphone. In this case, you must turn to the orange circles. Where you see that one is for midi and the other for “Line In” (or Microphone), do you see the levers? The lever for midi is halfway, and the one for Line In is not at the top. If you put it on this setting, the midi will sound lower and the microphone, because it is not at the maximum setting, will not become saturated and will sound better.

If it still does not work for you, try the following: Open Recording Options and lower the levers for midi and raise the lever for the microphone but not all the way up (as in the image).
