The microphone does not record

You are on: Red Karaoke > Help > The microphone does not record

It appears you have the microphone muted.

To activate it, in the task bar (in the lower right-hand portion of the screen) right-click on the speaker icon, and select Adjust Properties.

In this new window, go to audio and in Audio Playback select Volume.

In this new window check whether the box below the microphone lever is selected, and if so, deactivate it, and you will be able to record the songs without any problems.
