The karaoke file does not download to my

The most likely thing is that you have not installed the latest version of java, or that some file on java is corrupt. To install it or to fix the files, click on the following link: http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp and once there, click on “Verify installation" following the steps indicated at this site. When you have installed it you should not have any more problems seeing the player and hearing the songs.

There are karaoke files which contain problems that prevent them from running in the Red Karaoke player, in which case, send us a message with the Alert Button which is included in each song so we can fix it.
